Performances or events that are done by an artist or a group of artists as a work of art and usually it is innovative and exploratory. It is influenced by performance arts practices. It is used to refer to performance art, action art and the Happenings (60’s).
In 99 was funded the Live Art Development Agency, in London to promote and coordinate the activities in this field.
